For my third shoot with John we teamed up with Arielle and went for a much darker look than we had in the past. We met at my place for hair and makeup and the I took them to a great abandoned house nearby and we shot for a couple of hours. πŸ™‚

We shot John’s first few sets for Zivity and I love the shots that came out of it!

These are a few of the shots from the shoot, and you can check out the full sets on Zivity!

For Spring Break this year POPP and I grabbed a friend and we spent a few days with all of the other Spring Breakers down on Daytona Beach! It was a lot of fun. πŸ™‚ The 3 of us and Sylvanas (my kitty) packed up and headed out. At some point we managed to stop for a few hours and shoot some great sets for some awesome people.

Photoshoot in Mt Dora with John Paul Caponigro

Posted by Chelsea Christian on October 21, 2012

The photographers I work with in Mt Dora that are working on the book of beautiful nude models in nature and on the lake have brought down some wonderfully talented photographers to do mini-workshops to help improve the book. This day they brought down John Paul Caponigro. To be completely honest, I didn’t really know who he was before the shoot, but he really is quite amazing. If you don’t know who he is, you should google him. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. It was wonderful getting to work with someone of his caliber.

The day started like any other day, but this time I was the only model. For some reason (still unknown) the other model scheduled completely flaked. I’m used to being the only model at shoots, but for these sunrise lake shoots I definitely appreciate the break that comes when I switch with the other model and she poses. For 8 or 9 hours it was just me posing. My back definitely was not happy with me for a few days after, lol. But it was completely worthwhile.

After shooting sunrise on the lake, we went and had lunch together and JP did some teaching about composition and such. Then we proceeded to change locations to a pseudo studio they’d set up at a 2nd place they use for shoots. Part of what he taught was taking shots in a studio setting that wouldn’t be possible to do while actually on a tree and then using Photoshop to put the model into the tree. It was a definitely a great learning experience for me and I had a great time doing some of the crazy poses I got to do. πŸ™‚

Oh! And according to John Paul, I “make really uncomfortable poses look like they’re the most natural thing in the world”. I guess that’s a quote I can take with me. πŸ˜›
I really hope I get the chance to work with him again. And if you have the opportunity to take part in one of his workshops, I highly recommend that you do so. I’m only just getting into photography, but even in the few hours I spent listening to what he was teaching the others, I learned so much.

Here’s one of the shots from the studio shooting. I hope I will get to see more once the book is published. πŸ™‚

As mentioned in prior posts, POPP and I travel down to Mt Dora to shoot with some awesome photographers on a beautiful lake. They are kind enough to put us up in a huge house the night before the sunrise shoots, and it’s practically impossible to resist shooting there!

We started out the night shooting in a beautiful feathery garterbelt that an awesome fan sent me for a set on Zivity. I love the lighting in this one and how the lamps are the only thing illuminating the set. To me it feels really soft. πŸ™‚

You can check out this set out on Zivity: Aura Of Reminiscence
Or you can purchase it directly from me here!Β https://chelseachristian.com/purchase/purchase-sets/

We continued shooting in the lovely salmon-pink bathroom. I absolutely love cool textures, and the frosted glass found on many shower doors is one that I think is beautiful. I love how it can bring complete anonymity, and then when you’re close enough it’s almost completely clear and you can see all detail! I couldn’t give up the chance to shoot a set against the door.

You can check this set out on Zivity: Through The Pane
Or you can purchase it directly from me here!Β https://chelseachristian.com/purchase/purchase-sets/

After that I just didn’t want to get dressed again, lol. Once I’m naked I’m pretty much stuck that way unless I have good reason to put clothes back on. πŸ˜› So I continued running around the house and being naked on pretty much everything! Taking over someone’s house with boobs? Count me in!

You can check out this set on Zivity: She’ll Take Over Your House
Or you can purchase it directly from me here!Β https://chelseachristian.com/purchase/purchase-sets/

We continued shooting a couple of shots for the amazing designer Chained By Carrion. She makes wonderful collars, harnesses, and strap chaps. Go buy her stuff!!

We ended the shoot in the kitchen this awesome porcelain bunny made out of veggies! I’ve adored it since I first saw it, and want one of my own! πŸ™‚

Sometime in the Spring POPP upgraded his camera to the beautiful Nikon D7000, and of course we had to go out and shoot! πŸ™‚ These 2 shots are from some of the very first shoots we did with the camera.

Originally he planned on doing a picture a day type thing, and we both thought it was an awesome idea, but then we realized that we are actually stupidly busy, so it didn’t last long, lol. But we got some great shots from the short time we did it. πŸ™‚

Photoshoot with Harmon Photography

I’d shot with Harmon Photography once before, on a trip that he made to Gainesville. Our first shoot went wonderfully, so of course I shot him a message when I planned my trip to Ft Lauderdale (where he is located). Just as the first one did, the second shoot was awesome! We shot primarily fashion stuff, which is a bit of a change for me (but a welcome one).

There’s nothing I could say about the shoot that isn’t shown in the images,
so go check them out!

This is just a few of them,
and there are more in my portfolio on here,
and of course you can find more on my various other sites,
which you can find links to here.

Photoshoot with Samantha Guss

I first met Sam during my tour of the beautiful state of California, and we instantly hit it off. I am so happy to be able to call her a friend of mine not only because she’s a kick as photographer that cover hot models in blood, but also because she’s a great person. So, when she said she was going to make a trip to Ft Lauderdale, naturally, I had to plan a trip there also! I mean, it was only 5 hours away, and she is well worth the trip. πŸ™‚ So me and my boyfriend packed up the car, complete with our kitty, and headed to Ft Lauderdale!

We shot a bunch of stuff in my hotel room, and I’m so happy with the results.

The first stuff we shot was on her digital camera, at least until the battery died. πŸ˜› These shots were made into an awesome set for Zivity!
And I love the title “Once More With Feeling”. πŸ™‚
(I adore that episode of Buffy! I seriously frolic around my house singing songs from it, lol.)

You can check out the full awesome set here on Zivity.

After that we continued shooting Β with her instax camera and got another Zivity set out of that with a completely different feel to it, even though the only thing that changed was the camera! The Lamp Is A Lie has some of my favorite instant shots of me ever in it. πŸ˜›

You can check out “The Lamp Is A Lie” here on Zivity.

Sam was selling some awesome unpublished shots from the shoot. She may be sold out by now, but I’m sure if you asked nicely she’d find some other awesome instant shots from our shoot that she’ll sell! πŸ™‚
(Contact her directly about that.)

We continued shooting with her iPhone for a bit, and got some great (somewhat spooky) shots that didn’t make it into Zivity sets!

And we finished up shooting with the instax camera for a series she’s doing featuring her feet! Sam has some beautiful tattoos on her feet and she’s working on a series where she puts her feet on people and things. I usually hate feet, but take a look at the gorgeous art on hers and tell me how anyone could say no! πŸ˜›

We finished the shoot with a set done on her iPhone and made it into a set for Zivity also. πŸ™‚

“Pure” shows of a side to me that rarely makes it into pictures. Very little makeup, not much posing, just kind of hanging out and thinking. I love what she captured here.

Check out the full set of “Pure” here on Zivity.

I love shooting with Sam and I can’t wait to do it again!! πŸ™‚

You can find these shots and more on my other sites, which you can find a list of here.

Shoot with David Hilton

David and I started talking a few months before we shot, and as soon as he messaged me I instantly recognized his work, because I’d been a huge fan of his photos for a while and he has a distinct look to his images. I messaged back as fast as I could saying I would love to work with him. The only problem was that he was in Maryland at the time, so I didn’t know how it would ever happen. In his response he said he’d been thinking about relocating and that St. Pete, Florida seemed like a great place. St. Pete is only 2.5 hours away from me and I’m there frequently for shoots, so I couldn’t believe it! Before I knew it he’d messaged me saying he moved and was unpacking! We scheduled our shoot for about a month out and I counted down the days. πŸ™‚

Shooting with him was wonderful! I was so comfortable with him and it went so smoothly. He usually has a no-escort policy, so I was ecstatic when he said he understood I needed someone with me in case I passed out. Posing for him was fun and I can’t wait to do it again!!

You can check out some of the images in this post, a few more in my portfolio on this site, and a couple more on the other sites I post pictures! (Links on the front page, and on the links page.)

New Photoset on Zivity with Mike Luter

Posted by Chelsea Christian on September 10, 2012
Posted in: Uncategorized.

I shot with Mike Luter last year before we headed off to California. We shot 3 sets for Zivity, and the first 2 were published, but after 6 months I couldn’t get any response via email about this last set, and it didn’t show up on Zivity. I had some pictures from it and finally just posted them because I had no reason not to if he wasn’t going to publish them as a set.

About 2 days after I posted them, he emailed me the rest of the set and the set was finally uploaded! I love this set and am so happy that after over a year it’s out for all of you to enjoy also! πŸ™‚
